• The name, phone number, and payment details provided at registration must all match one another.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility — it must not be shared with anyone.
• Identity verification (KYC) may need to be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Any suspicious activity on your account should be reported to mlwbd support immediately.

If you need to update your account information, please contact the support team. Core account details cannot be changed on your own — any changes will only take effect after identity verification.

Deposits and withdrawals at mlwbd are handled through a fully secure and transparent process. Deposits are generally instant, and withdrawals are processed according to your account tier.

• The welcome bonus is available once only, on the first deposit.
• To withdraw bonus balance, you must meet the specified wagering requirements (typically 10x–20x).
• Only one bonus can be active at a time — multiple bonuses cannot be combined.
• A maximum of ৳500 per bet may be used from bonus funds.
• Voucher codes must be entered before making a deposit — they cannot be applied afterwards.
• Cashback bonuses are credited directly to your real balance with no wagering requirements.
• Expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.

Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus balance, not real balance. To withdraw them, the associated wagering requirement must be met. Terms may vary between vouchers — always check the specific terms of each voucher before use.

All games on mlwbd are powered by third-party verified Random Number Generators (RNG). Every result is entirely unbiased and cannot be influenced in any way.

• Each game has its own fixed RTP (Return to Player) rate, which can be found on the game page.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• In Sports Betting, match results are determined according to official statistics.
• If a technical issue occurs during a game, the affected round is voided and the bet is refunded.

In cricket betting, if a match is abandoned or cancelled, all stakes are fully refunded. If a match is shortened due to rain, the result is determined by the D/L method and any already-settled markets are resolved accordingly.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mlwbd. Any involvement in these will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of balance.

• Registering using another person's identity or personal information.

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

• Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at your convenience.
• Cooling-Off Period — Login suspended for 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Self-exclusion facility — available for 6 months or longer.

• Decreasing a set limit takes effect immediately; increasing it requires a 7-day waiting period.

While self-exclusion is active, no deposits will be accepted and the exclusion cannot be lifted before the period ends. This is intentionally strict by design.

• In the event of a terms violation, mlwbd may suspend the account immediately.

• If a suspicious login is detected, the account may be temporarily locked as a security measure.
• If you wish to close your account, please contact support — any existing real balance will be returned to you.
• Bonus balances are not refunded when an account is closed.

If a dispute arises between a member and mlwbd, we first attempt to resolve it through direct communication. Our support team takes every complaint seriously and works toward a fair resolution.

• An initial response will be provided within 48 hours of a complaint being submitted.
• For complex matters, a final decision will be communicated within 7 business days.
• In disputes over game outcomes, RNG records are considered conclusive evidence.
• For payment disputes, bank or mobile payment transaction records will be reviewed.

If a member is not satisfied with a decision made by mlwbd, they have the right to appeal to an independent third party or the relevant regulatory authority.

Mlwbd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Members will be notified of any significant changes via their registered email or a notification on the platform.

• The effective date of any changes will be clearly stated.
• Minor changes may be made without prior notice.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may stop using the service and request account closure.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
